Here at Spectrum Days, we are small non-for-profit charity who provide people with profound disabilities and their families with specialist support within Worcestershire and the surrounding areas. The areas we currently cover are Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Pershore, Tewkesbury and Tenbury Wells.
We work with the family to support and provide each member with a unique, fun and purposeful care package which meets their needs. Our experienced, well trained and fantastic staff work together to provide a fun, stimulating and safe service throughout the week from Monday to Saturday.
A typical day at Days involves members participating in community trips to local farms and horse riding, arts and crafts, music, physical and sporting activities, baking cakes, sensory sessions and hydrotherapy sessions. We also provide flexible domiciliary care where members and families may need help at home in the mornings, evenings and weekends.
It is important that we continue our work and develop the service to provide greater opportunities and support for people with profound disabilities. As a charity, we rely on help from donations, fundraising, volunteers and local organisations. Please take your time to find out more of what we do.
